Do you mean add another email account to your iPad?

You won't be able to add folders since its a Pop3 account. Needs to be set up as an Imap account. Check your providers website for info on how to set your mail account up as imap, if they allow it.

If you have an imap account on your iPad (like gmail) you can set up a new folder in that account and store your pop3 account emails there.

If you have only just begun with the POP3 account, and have nothing important in it, deleting it from your iPad accounts might be helpful - just to keep things cleaner.

Gmail is a good, free option for an IMAP account. It will definitely allow you to create folders (called Labels in Gmail). One of the biggest advantages of an IMAP account is that it keeps things in sync between the email server and client very nicely across desktop PC, iPad, iPhone etc. POP 3 accounts don't have that capability.

If you don't already have a Gmail account, I'd suggest creating one in the browser on your desktop PC. The setup on iPad is very easy and quick once you have an account.
