How do I quit apps in iOS 7?

    I've hit a pretty big problem. I can't close down apps as I always have before by double clicking the button and holding down the icons in the bottom bar until they wriggle enabling me to click them to shut them down. Now I've a ton of apps that are left running in the background. :(

    I could make you scroll down to find where this was previously asked and answered, but since I'm trying to be nicer, I'll just go ahead and tell you to double click the home button to get to multitask mode and then slide the app you want to close to the top of the screen to close it.

    I have a different question. Maybe the solution is simple but I cannot seem to find it.

    When editing a contact and adding a social profile what format is iOS 7 looking for for Facebook profile?
