You can't. Pay for it and then call t-mobile.

Member,

I know calling any big company’s customer service line sucks. I myself hate it. Maybe their website has a “Chat With a Representative” button you can use so that you don’t actually have to speak to a human. I take advantage of that whenever possible.

But in this case you may have to bite the bullet and talk to them. Is there a specific a reason you don’t want to contact them? ;)

if i pay full amount today can i get it unlocked
Yes. T-Mobile will unlock it after you pay it off. You can buy an unlock on eBay if you don't plan on paying it off soon, but they are expensive (over $100).

They haven't paid it off yet, so they aren't eligible to have it officially unlocked by T-Mobile. They were asking if there is an alternative, which there is, but it's expensive.

No. I haven't used this method for several years and don't have one I can recommend. You'll have to research the reviews on eBay if you want to go this route. Prices start around $119.

Log on to your account online and check what the payment options are. I had to use a credit/debit card to pay both of mine off early, but that was through AT&T. I didn't have to call them; I just used the app to pay them off.

its better to pay off the EIP than to put down $119 for one device
