How does iOS 10 figure out the e-mail address where it sends unsubscription requests to?

iOS 10 can automatically send an e-mail on your behalf asking a sender to remove you from their mailing list.

However, it sends this e-mail to an e-mail address that the sender certainly hasn't published anywhere for humans to see.

In my most request use of this feature built into iOS 10, it sent the request for unsubscription e-mail to this address:

This is a screenshot from the macOS Sierra Mail application, which was the only place to view the full e-mail address where the e-mail was sent to.

The e-mail address isn’t even in the same domain as the one the sender used to send the e-mail. Where is this insanely lengthy e-mail address coming from? Have your unsubscription requests through iOS 10’s automated unsubscribe feature proved successful?
