Trust me... every possible avenue has been explored to get MMS to work on AT&T. It's simply a no go as of yet.

You can't JB 3.0 yet, so you can't use Swirrly with it. MMS isn't working on 3.0 yet, the problem is on AT&T's side at this point, because they weren't aware that Apple was releasing a beta iPhone OS with MMS.

Sometimes I wonder if both companies have each others' phone numbers at all.

i was wondering if anyone could send and receive with swirly before they updated to 3.0. I can send and receive mms on my 3g. i was contemplating upgrading to 3.0 to see if this is the issue or it is a bug in the O.S

I can send MMS but not receive... I'm on UK O2... The new feature works well... the sent picture is listed in the conversation along with text!

Are you asking if anyone can send and receive MMS with Swirrly on 3.0? If so, the answer would be No. You have to be jailbroken to use Swirrly, and 3.0 is still a beta and thereforee hasn't been jailbroken.

i guess i wasn't clear

i know you cant jailbreak 3.0 - im not a noob
i can send and receive mms on my 2.2.1 jailbroken 3g- with att&t
i am willing to update to 3.0 to see if the issue lies with AT&T or the 3.0 OS
since i can send and receive on AT&Ts network, in theory i should be able to on the 3.0 firmware

I'm pretty sure swirly users have tried already without success, but I can't link an article or anything so who knows...

Anyone think its weird that the v1 has the option to turn MMS on and off? And even in contacts when you click share, it says email or MMS...you think since there were two different firmwares they would take that out for the v1.
