So I noticed a dead spot on my iPhone screen, and went to the Apple store to exchage it. But after I got my iPhone( they also replaced the older sim card to the new iPhone that I got), I couldn't activate it through iTunes after it asked me to enter my account name, billing zip code, and ssn. Did this situation happen to anyone else? Please help me!

give more info.. was there an error? what happened when you plugged it in ?

You may have to call customer care of that one the rep may not have attached to info to your account correctly. Let us know what happens i'm curious to see what i'm gonna have to go through IF i every replace my phone.
