Sell it without the SIM card right? Should I factory restore? What else?

    Thanks!

On your phone, go to settings// general//reset//erase all content and settings.. Depending on how much you have on the phone will depend on how long it takes. Once it is done, pull your sim card and give it to the new owner. With this method, nothing will be left on the phone you are selling.

Well from what I've seen on craigslist an 8gb iPhone v1 would go for about $250+ dollars
-On eBay a good conditioned one would go for about twice that;)
