as I did, Apple will exchange without a restocking fee. This was a pleasant surprise to me. To bump up to the extra space cost me the difference plus tax.

If you did buy at AT&T, I believe they will charge a restocking fee.

Just posted this for anyone that had to get a 16 but wanted a 32, for whatever reason, and those who weren't sold on the extra space cost, at first.

I'm :) now.

Side note: The new phone I got doesn't have as sensitive a tendency to switch from landscape to portrait. The 16GB I got on launch day would rotate even when I was walking. The 32GB I got likes me to stand still for a moment before it will rotate. :confused:

Hmmmmmmmmmm...you got me thinking. How long do I have until I don't have this option? I got my 16gb on launch day.

If you really want to do it, I would ASAP. It might be a 30 day limit. Don't really know, but .........

I believe the return day limit is 14 for iPhone.
