iHome today revealed their new IP99 alarm clock/iPhone dock specificially designed to shield out the rather annoying TDMA buzz associated with the iPhone and other GSM phones. The IP99 is the latest to protect against the buzz as this is becoming desirable feature in the speaker docks. The 10W gadget makes use of iHome's Reson8 audio system, which produces pretty decent sound, given the size and price of their devices. The iHome IP99 will sell in June for $150

[I just might get one - need a new alarm clock - and then the iPhone can be close all night -LOL]

PS. the other speaker dock (not alarm clock). Altec Lansing's T612 dock filters out the GSM buzz too. Out this fall.

i think i'm going to get that ihome clock when it's available. with the current clock radio i have, the gsm radio interference is terrible and i can't even put my iPhone on my nightstand. that clock radio is going to the guest room when i can get the ihome one...
