Ok. Today, April 15, my iMessage is once again down again.

I have sent messages to my spouse, each one of them has converted over to regular text message.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    Ontario. Rogers network.

    Both iPhone 4S

    Frustrating...

I am experiencing this on my iPhone 5 running iOS 6.1.2. My issue is kind of weird. For a few of my contacts it will not go to iMessage until the other person responds to me.

Mine also converts over to text message a lot lately. This just started happening in the past week or two.

Nothing happened with me so far except on Thursday/Friday/Saturday when I messages a friend who I believed had an Android phone. Her replied came up blue as though she had an iPhone. Turns out she had just upgraded to one! Then another incident where I messages another friend who I know has an iPhone and it sent to him as a text message. Yet all messages to my mom and kid brother go as iMessage! iMessage being a bit weird lately.

Messages between Mindi and me have been (for the past couple of days, though it seems sorted out now) tending to come through in duplicate, one as an iMessage and the second one as a regular text message.

I almost always receive (and I assumed send) duplicate messages (one as a text and one and an iMessage) when I'm talking on the phone to someone else who is also talking on the phone. It's never made sense to me because we're both on WiFi and the cellular connection shouldn't be interfering with that.

Sorry, but I don't get the reference. I don't think it's this one.

But in all honesty, I was being facetious. I myself don't enjoy duplicate messages. Don't take me too seriously :)

    You? Seriously? :D

It was a Livia Soprano reference.

It takes a big man to admit when he's wrong, and you're almost as big as I. :D:D:D
