I'm about to install iOS5 on my wife's jailbroken (iOS 4) iPhone4. I've already backed it up. Do I need to do anything else before I install iOS5? Are all photos and contacts backed up?

They should be ok. But I would hook the phone up to the computer and copy all of the photos into a separate folder. Just in case kinda thing.

Just remember not to install install Cydia apps "willy nilly" without checking it's IOS 5 compatible....and first thing you should install is SBSettings...

It would also be wise to back Contacts up in iTunes via the Info tab. It will have you back it up into a third party. I found the Address Book in Mac works best for me, and Windows Contacts on Windows.

Although restoring from backup will automatically put your contacts back in, but just in case...
