I just connected to iTunes to sync my PC with my phone and it says 10.3 is ready for download to my iPhone. I guess it has been released. Here Goes nothing.

Not to bring up a 'sore subject' but after updating to 10.3 On the 7+ (Only 3 months old), my battery life does seem to be suffering a bit. I don't think I used my phone more than normal today.

Another problem I had was that after updating my iPhone 7 and trying to restart it I received an error 4013. I had to restore as new then install a backup to get my phone back to working again. The same thing happened when I updated to iOS 10.2. Took about 4 hours to get it back to where it was before the update. I won't know anything about battery life for a couple days as the phone was connected to my computer and charging much of the afternoon.

Better start an iOS 10.3 Battery Life thread for good measure. :D

Regarding Battery life with iOS 10.3, I see no difference with my iPhone 7 after going to 10.3 I charged the phone overnight and have been using it for almost a solid 90 minutes since I got up and it is still at 94% which seems about normal or slightly better. I haven't found any other quirks yet.

The iOS 10.3 update showed on my iPhone 5. I waited a while, then went back to update and Apple had taken it away. Seems there was an issue with it on the 5 and 5c.

I've had to restore my 6s set it up as a new phone and sync with iTunes after updating to 10.3. It would not restore settings and information off of icloud,
