Nothing like a beta release to stir up a Saturday evening. Developers and those who have paid for the pleasure of being a beta tester, your downloads await.

. chris FYI you don't need to have registered UDID. I think this is probably going to be the GM. They've done this before, where they've released another beta seed but and made it into the GM.

Are you a developer with a previous beta installed? It's available in the developer portal at Apple.

They won't do that. They're saving the jailbreak for 6.1.
Yeah I heard they were waiting to see if the same exploit is there on 6.1 like they found on 6.01/6.02.

Either way I am waiting for a JB

I miss irealSMS, and weather on homescreen. SBSettings, my3G. And others too

Ok so I am a dev, I wake up this morning and it says my iPhone needs to be activated, it then says servers are busy. I did not update to beta 5 yet because it kept saying No update available when using OTA update. Now my phone wont activate and iTunes says I need to update to the latest software that mine has expired.
Come on Apple....

You need to get the download from the dev centre....it wasn't available as an update as far as I know. You have to find it and update yourself....

What is 6.1 suppose to do?

Maybe make the phone work better for starters? :p

Ummm...yeah.

Question though, how many more features do people need in a mobile phone? The darn thing does everything I could ever want now although some things (like the phone itself) could work better. A lot of the stuff they advertise on the Galaxy seems like gimmicks that in real life you wouldn't use that much if at all.

Hey, lets touch our phones and transfer some stuff!

Useful? Probably never.

I bet if you save your post and go back and read it in three years, you'll be amazed with all the features they've improved and added that you didn't foresee but find useful, necessary or at least fun.

For starters, just think of all the jailbreak features they could add to the stock OS.
