After a few error messages I finally got it downloaded took about 30 mins from downloading to installation.

Installed and running now. Took about an hour to download and set up, not including the first attempt at downloading.

It finally took me 3 hours 25 minutes to download and install IOS 8

Started 13 minutes ago and it still says 70 minutes remaining. And this is on the first of 2 devices I have to do.

Is anyone getting the update via iTunes or just on their phones?
I would think a major update, which this is, should be done via computer and iTunes. Not OTA

I didn't have an option to update via iTunes and OTA Said I didn't have enough memory,so put it in DFU mode and updated that way.
