Hi, i've a iPad Air with 7.1 JB and when i tried to update to 8.4 the ipad stuck in the image of the cable and the iTunes. I've tried in two computers, without anti-virus and firewall, deleted the Apple register in hosts, and now tried in dfu mode and now i need some help to rescue the iPad. Thanks

Update iTunes to the latest version and make sure the firewall and anti-virus are still disabled.

Can you post a screenshot of your hosts file?

The hosts file looks okay. Are both computers up to date? Do you have a third computer you could try? If not, I would consider using a VPN. You can disable it as soon as the restore completes.

The problem appears to be connecting with the Apple servers. Try this first:
    1. Disconnect your home internet.
    2. Toggle on Personal Hotspot on your iPhone. Settings > Personal Hotspot > On.
    3. Go to the WiFi on the computer and connect to the phone's 4G/LTE.
    4. Try to restore the iPad.

    1. It's drastic, but there is a good chance that would work.
    2. Yes, try DFU mode.
