iPad not displaying some emails (hotmail + Activesync)

    Have an iPad and linked hotmail using exchange activesync. noticed some emails are not showing up in my inbox. However, when i log into my Hotmail account via internet, they are in my inbox

    tried rebuilding email account several times but issue still there.

    some help?

    sorry for not being able to help but I have the same issue with one sender that does not shows up in my iPhone' hotmail inbox, but is correctly received in my hotmail account via internet.
    should anyone have a clue...

    When shutting it off doesn't work, you can do a soft reset. Hold down the power and home key for about 10 seconds, or until the Apple logo appears. Let go and wait for it to reboot. This will take a few minutes, so be patient.

    thx for the tip but unfortunately it does not work.
    the emails, from one specific sender, are not showing up in my iPhone's hotmail inbox.

    Has anyone found a solution to this problem? The emails I cannot see are from one specific address at telus.net, it works on an Android and shows in outlook, but not in the iPhone or iPad with active-sync. We host our own email server using ZIMBRA but active sync works the same as hotmail's active sync.
