iPad says I have no music after syncing to iTunes

I have an I tunes acct on my laptop that is synced with my iPod. But when I click on my iTunes app in my iPad it says I have no music and I don't see a place for me to log in with my iTunes info . Please help. I have tons of music on iTunes and cannot access it. It is possible to sync my iPod with my iPad?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

You basically have to plug the iPad into your computer and sync it with iTunes just like you do your iPod. After that, your music will be on both devices. You can't sync the devices to each other. However, you can put the same music on both of them, provided there is ample space.
