Hey, i have a iPhone 3g running on the original Apple 2.2.1 firmware, and i have been trying to jailbreak it for days now which i have alrady done.

what happens is when i open quickpwn, select the firmware and then it goes to the ready to pwn part, and starts puting the iPhone into restore mode but then dosn't do anything else and i carnt complete the process?

I would be very happy for help, thanks

If you are running OS X 10.5.6, you'll need to connect your iPhone to your Mac through some external USB hub. If you are not running 10.5.6, I suggest you re-download QuickPwn.

Yeah, that sounds like the 10.5.6 DFU mode problem. You could use a USB hub like Lincoln suggested or just JB it on a PC and then sync it on your Mac after it's jailbroken.
