Hi everyone,

I haven't synced my iPhone in a while (maybe 2 weeks) and now when I plug it into my computer, image capture boots up (so I disabled it), then nothing else happens. It is being charged but iTunes does not see the iPhone. Anyone else experience this, or know how to fix it? I am running 2.0.2

go to "run", type "services.msc" and make sure your iTunes services are running.

Hmm... i guess i misread something then. That is puzzling. I haven't heard of this issue on macs yet. Is your iTunes helper running in Activity monitor?

if all else fails uninstall and reinstall iTunes. Also use separate USB ports and see if they all do it.
