Silly question, have you turned the off then back on? Or won't come back on at all?

Yes have done everything. When plugged into laptop will only give Apple on black screen then when plug into mains power it will give up Apple and white cable with slider but as soon as I unplug it switches off no power at all. Have giving everything a try am bring them into a shop who can completely wipe an iPhone. Have had the batteries looked at and one is new.

What happens when you hold the power and home buttons down together for 5 - 10 seconds?

The phones can go in DFU mode but because not enough power coming through the usb it won't kick in. As soon as you pull cable they go off.

I let my Gs run down to "0" the other day. It had to be plugged into the AC adapter for about 20+ minutes before the screen would show anything other than the empty battery icon. Make certain you're using a USB port that is "full" power. Often, some ports don't provide as much juice as some others.

    YMMV

Sent from my iPhone using iCafe app.
