I'm dying to hear all your thoughts, opinions and reviews on the new iPhone.
So no one has tried out their new toy yet?
Guess everyone is too busy playing with their new toy to be on the forum.

Everyone is too busy hitting the "try again" button, I know I am..........
I love the new Siri and it just works send email or text, types out the email, text, note or whatever reads it to you. Talks back to you ask you questions. Calls me by my first name the one time it didn't know what I wanted. I think the possibilities for this are endless.
Great phone! Already got someone to switch from Verizon.
Siri is reporting me. Haha

I'll be interested to hear 4 vs 4S. I'm guessing faster web surfing will be one. I've gotten every single version of iPhone since literally launch day 2007. I waited about 2 weeks after iPhone 4 launch. Probably will wait until Christmas or so for 4S. I'm just psyched to have iOS 5 and that will keep me more than happy. But I'll definitely end up with the 4S, and it will be interesting to use Siri, but I plan to wait a little bit, which is unlike me with iPhone, but it's not like I won't eventually get it...
Overall I like it. Siri is awesome, the whole phone is faster, safari's faster, mail's faster, opening programs is faster. I haven't noticed any faster Internet connection speeds then with my iPhone 4, but I must say that Safari loads the pages quicker like it renders faster. Oh, By the Way, I used Siri to type this entire thing out by me talking to the phone.
One thing that I notice is that my 4S screen is not as bright/vibrant as the 4 screen. Or I should say the 4S's screen has more gray tones to it while the 4 has more blue tones to it and it is brighter. I thought it was just my phone, but my hubby's too has the grayish tone to it. Not as vibrant at my 4.
If you don't have the two to compare, you might not notice the difference, but having my 4 right next to it, I can tell the difference.
Crazy question, but is the brightness set to the same level on both the old and new iPhones?
Yup. That was the first thing I checked. I wanted to make sure that it was the exact same and it is. It has nothing to do with the brightness, it's the actual tone of the screen itself.
Here's a pic.
The iPhone 4 is on the left, the bottom. The iPhone 4S is on the right, the top.
The 4 is bluish while the 4S is grayish.

I noticed the same thing but however I think it's easier on the eyes!
iPhone 4s black 32g
iPhone 4 black 32g
iPhone 3G 8g
iMac 24 inch
Thanks Steve Jobs for making a impact on our lives! R.I.P
From the Evo to the 4S, you can really see the difference in screen quality!

There's no problem, it's which screen you got. IIRC, Apple has two manufacturers for the screens and it's been like this since the 3G. I've had iPhones where the color temp is cool and others that were warm. My wife's iPhone 4 has a warm color temp screen like my iP4S has, but my old iPhone 4 had the cooler color temp. It's the luck of the draw...
I am amazed at this thing! Coming from a 3GS, I think it's a big leap. Now I see what the big deal with the retina display was all about. Almost like a new pair of glasses. Everything is so sharp and just snaps
Been messing with it for a few hours, synced, and still playing cleanup with creating folders and such. Siri is a blast to mess with and may actually come in handy. Ok, got shift tomorrow so bed time for me.
homebotten feels stiffer first thing I noticed
graphics/pic are amazing
Website colors pop even more and it is way fast (finally)
my son is in love with Siri if she had a body like Megan Fox I'd be in trouble but ask her what she looks like ...
Quality is a great thing to have in a Phone.
ine does not look that yellow?
