iPhone 4S weird flash issue

    Ok, before I take the phone to the Apple store, for the third time this week for hardware issues, I wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue:
    When the phone is on or completely powered off (not plugged in) it looks like the LCD panel is lit up behind the flash on the rear facing camera. Below is a link to a picture I took of the phone giving a visual of what I see.

    Is this something to be concerned about? I can't figure out why the phone is doing this. I have replaced LCD screens before and I am dying to take this one apart, but it will void the warranty. Any ideas? I am on iOS 6.0.1

    Yes in settings turn off flash for led alerts under general settings then it's in accessibility. You must have it tuned on same tgung happened to me.

    That did not fix it for me. The flash still seems to be faintly lit up from behind.
