WE ARE CONSIDERING MOVING OUR SMALL COMPANY FROM ANDROID TO THE I PHONE 5 WE CREATE EXCELL AND WORD FILES FOR ESTIMATES AND SAVE THEM ONLINE TO DROPBOX AND NEED TO BE ABLE TO VIEW THEM ON OUR PHONES IN THE FIELD. WE DON'T NEED TO EDIT THEM JUST VIEW THEM. IS THIS POSSIBLE ON THE I PHONE 5 ALSO WHAT IS THE EXPERIENCE ON STANDBY BATTERY TIME. AND IS THERE AN AFTERMARKET OPTION FOR A LARGER BATTERY. THANKS A TON FOR THE TIME TO HELP US DECIDE.

Standby battery time varies, but it should be several days. You could extend it to weeks if you kept the phone in airplane mode.

iPhone batteries are not removable. You can, however, use an external battery to charge it or a battery-pack case to lengthen the charge time.

And by using an external battery it helps alleviate the need to use CAP LOCK
