    OK, here goes -

My sister gave me her iPhone 6s. She got it from her employer just over 6 months ago. She dropped it, cracked the screen, and they gave her a new one, so she just gave me the old one. It's on the AT&T network through their plan. It should be paid up to date. She lives in the states, I live in Ireland. She forgot the 4 digit pin to unlock the phone. I had her send a reset through iTunes, or iCloud or whatever. When I put my Irish sim in, I can see the 4G logo in the top left, however, the reset has not taken place. She doesn't want to involve her employer because she's probably technically supposed to return the phone to them, even though they don't care about it. How do we wipe the phone so I can get into it and unlock it?

Have her return it to her employer...
Since she conveniently forgot the four digit pin and all.

Hi RoofMonkey, if you read my post above, I specifically laid out why that wasn't an option.
