Hey my friend is getting an iPhone.. He's like my parents partial adopted son... Any way. He saw my phone and wants to get one too. I was wondering though .:
can he plug his new iPhone into my laptop and use my iTunes to get his account set up.? Or does he have to use a dif. iTunes?

He can do it on yours or anybodys. Each phone has a separate serial number.

If he has his own computer it would be better to use it. That way he would be able so sync his mail, contact, and calendar settings from Outlook or Outlook Express (assuming he's using a PC and not a Mac).

Hello sir the problem is,
If he was your parents unpartial adopted son he may have a chance
if he was your parents full son he could definitely do it
but Apple does not allow partial adopted son's to use the same iTunes.
Read the TOS it's in there
