I have never seen any type of question or issue like this. I am jailbroken of course, but nothing I have would cause this, nor do I have any activator settings for this.

My iPhone is fully locked. I press home button quickly once to see time or to unlock, and every now and then Siri pops up.

A long hold of the home button will activate Siri. Could be the button is being held down too long, or it sounds like its registering it as a long hold and possibly the raise to speak is turned on. ?

Raise to speak I turned off thinking maybe that was the issue, but nope. I think it may just be registering my pressing the home button as a long hold although it's definitely just a single quick press. It doesn't happen often but it just started happening a week ago. Of course I'm using an otterbox case but that's not the issue. Who knows. :p
