It seems that most people who browse these forums already have download the beta/GM seed for v3.0. Just out of curiosity, I'd like to know how many of you have the pre-release of v3.0and if it is on an iPhone or iPod Touch.

I've got it. Have been running all the betas of 3.0 and am a registered tester.

My understanding from many reports here and elsewhere is that for the GM build you do not need to be registered though, and that it is working well for folks who have never been registered with a dev.

It does not appear a whole lot different from Beta 5, mostly good, quick etc - but still has some fairly severe memory leak issues that I guess will make it into the final public release ...

I have it, never had the betas, I like the new features, but it doesn't seem as stable at 2.2.1 in my opinion. I get flakey wifi and seems like some my apps crash more often (that could be cause the apps aren't updated for 3.0 yet). But it has tons of potential.

I have it, shutter13 was nice enough to add me to his dev list a while back and I did it because I love to have the latest toys to play with!

Registered developer, so I've been running the 3.0 for a couple months. I came on around Beta 2. The GM seems totally stable, no crashes, no wifi dropouts, nothing. Pretty happy with it.

Well I'm glad to here that the gm seed works much better than the betas. Does anyone think that AT&T will come around to eventually support tethering?

Price? explain please
As in you don't just magically tether. You pay more to tether.

PS this thread title reminds me of this
