Hi everyone. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 4S. My question is, how does photo stream work exactly? Right now, in my photos, there is a camera roll album and a photo stream album. I have turned on photo stream for iCloud, but when I open iPhoto on my computer none of the photos have transferred/there is no prompt to load or transfer. Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you,
Ada

You have to be using iCloud and have Mac OSX 10.7 (Lion) on your computer.

But it doesn't do existing pics, just new ones you take going forward,

Okay, you need the iCloud Mac software to sync them in.

You must have iPhoto 9 or aperture for photo stream to work.

Is having iPhoto 9 the only prerequisite for photo stream to work? I have just updated (iPhoto 9.2.1) and still, nothing. I was also prompted to update my photos as it said they won't be readable/viewable otherwise. Any suggestions?
Thank you
