Hi, I'm having a bit of a problem getting rid of the red circle that shows up over the phone icon. There is no number inside the circle. It looks like this

I have no missed calls or voicemails but it stays there. When i press the phone icon I see the red circle on the voicemail icon, but like I said I have no new voicemails or saved ones.

I used unlock.no to unlock my iPhone and im using fido. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hold down the home button and sleep button until you see NOTHING on the screen. You should then be able to push the sleep button and see an Apple logo. Report back the status when you have done this.

Have you actually set up your voicemail?

Did you check your SMS messages?

Ya i set up voicemail with fido. By re-modding do you mean restoring with iTunes and and unlocking again?

aside from hitting every button on the lower screen in the phone app then yah, do a restore as your last resort.

Never seen this problem before.....feel unique in that sense haha
