does anyone know what voltages of sim cards the iPhone can handle? There are different voltages of sim cards like 1V, 2V,3V and i am just wondering what the iPhone can handle. I also heard 3G sim cards are a different size to 2G sim cards.

I apologize for my blunt-ness, but who cares? It works with AT&T and T-Mobile cards in the US, and just about everyone else who makes SIM cards worldwide, so beyond that why does it matter?
And, no, all SIM cards are the same size.

No difference unless their is a storage difference. When I bought my daughter's 3G phone for Christmas, I just slipped her old sim card in and the phone worked just fine. It picked up 3G and everything without a problem.
