Just received my new iPhone X came from iPhone 6+, while I am enjoying the new phone, speed, etc, I’m not completely blown away.
The screen size of the X, is larger, however on the 6+, it appeared bigger.
Watch a video and it didn’t go the entire screen.
I don’t miss the home button, in fact that’s one improvement I enjoy.
Do miss battery percentage but with the longer lasting battery that hasn’t been an issue.
I’m not trashing the X, just not as blown away by it as I thought I would be.

The X screen is narrower and taller than the 6 Plus. I prefer the wider screen of the Plus. Photos and videos show as they do so you see the entire video. You can watch them full screen, but they'll be cropped on the sides. Same with photos. If you want to see them full screen, you have to zoom them up. But some gets cropped off. Photos and videos are the same size on the X and the 6 Plus in aspect ratio. There's not really any other way to do it.
