Has anyone used these guys for a replacement iPhone battery? My battery is awful now and I have to charge it at least once a day now, and it's becoming pretty annoying.

Almost everyone here charges their phone everyday, save your money.

If you're not getting approximately 5-6 hours of all around use out of your iPhone, restore it, test again, and then take it in to an Apple store ( appointment required) and have them replace it. 2 of the iPhones I have had have been replaced due to poor battery life.
I wouldn't recommend a 3rd party battery vendor till after your 2 year warranty was up.

Haven't needed a new iPhone battery yet, but I plan to use ipodjuice.com when the time comes. I got an ipod mini battery from them a while back and they are a great company to work with, awesome product, great prices and fast shipping.
