Hello,

Adding contacts is slow, one by one. Is there anyway to type them out on my PC then sync them to the phone or anything'? (iPhone first gen)

Also; when texting and writing things the words get auto filled as im typing and its annoying because i just want to txt in txt talk but its replacing my words, how can i stop it!

Also, edge, what is it and whats it for? Can i disable all internet apart from wireless.

Thanks :)

You can use Outlook on your computer to sync all your contacts.

To decline the phones suggestions when texting, when the word pops up over the word you typed, tap on the word that popped up and it won't correct it.

EDGE is the phones internet connection through AT&T. If you want to disable internet, I don't think there's a way to from the phone, but I think if you call AT&T they can put a block on it for you.

Welcome to EIC!

Your best bet for information is the iPhone's user guide - you can find it here.
