I have unlocked an iPhone with Winpwn before and ZiPhone but am having problems with this current 2.0 iPhone.

When I run Winpwn I select my iPhone, then 2.0 when they give me a choice 2.0, 2.0.1, 2.0.2.

No, Yes, No, then it searches and says the iPhone file 1,1_2.0_5a347_restore.ipsw found has an invalid hash!

There was one time I was able to go through this, to the point I put the phone in DFU mode.

Search for another file? Where can I download the correct ipsw?

Thank you,

Shane

it might be better to go ahead and upgrade to 2.1 and then unlock again... any particular reason you're staying weith the buggy 2.0x firmwares?

I upgraded to 2.1 ok in iTunes.

In Winpwn 2.5 it says looking for the file, but it is a different file name than I have. Is that a problem?

It is looking for iPhone1,1_2.01_5B108_Restore and I have iPhone1,1_2.1_5F136_Restore .

When I select one manually it says it found a HASH!

What does that mean?

Thank you,

Shane

Just making sure here, but you are using a V1 iPhone, correct?
