Its like buying a new phone !. What tweaks are you using?

Do you feel its like having a new phone, since the jailbreak is out ?

I am so glad the jailbreak is out. I feel like i have got a new phone, its crazy how much i have missed my jailbreak. The list of the tweaks i have installed are as followed:

  • BiteSMS - Texting modification app (http://bitesms.com)
  • barrel roll - Changes the style the way your apps page change
  • auxo - (APP switcher)
  • copic - (Adds photo you contacts, text messages ect..)
  • Quick Reply for WhatsApp (Its what it says on the tin)
  • MyStrings - lets you change text on your phone
  • Colour keyboard - Can change the colour of your keyboard.
  • SBSettings - (extra toggles and features).
So people lets hear yours, give a wee bit on information on them.

It appears people are ignoring your 'give a wee bit of information on them' request. So far for me, I'm using:

BiteSMS - texting done right, no questions
iFile - System file editing
BrowserChanger - So I can set MercuryBrowser (HIGHLY recommend) to be the default.
Nitrous - Allows for the iOS speed setting for Safari to be used for other web apps, browsers.
StatusGoogle - Google Search bar from the NC.
Springtomize - Various Springboard tweaks. (replaces Shrink, Iconoclasm, 5 Icon Dock)
Auxo - App Switcher
FolderEnhancer - Unlimited apps within folders
MobileTerminal - SSH client on the phone
SBSettings - Obvious
Plugication - When you plug in your headphone, Music starts back up right where you left off.
SwipeSelection - A better cursor for editing
iKeywi - Offers an extra row of customizable keys for faster typing.


I'm thinking about Callbar, but can't decide on the 3.99 price tag. Ironically, the one thing I use my iPhone for the least is as an actual phone.

I thought I saw that CyDelete did not work with 6.1 yesterday but just checked again it does. Dang bifocals must be failing me :)
Unfortunately, the CyDelete package still says to not install on iOS 6 or 6.1. I just tested it again and when you remove a Cydia installed icon from your iPhone, it immediately sends you to Safe Mode.

Thanks...don't quite know how I missed that blaring warning. Hopefully this will be resolved at some point.

Not a problem at all. Actually, the warning was not on the package until a day or two ago.

You can still remove Cydia installed apps from your homescreen, however it does not uninstall them from Cydia.

I'm curious how this will affect the pull down for notification center? It seems callbar gesture will conflict with access to NC.

What's a good tweak to get a flash light in nc. I had a tweak that allowed the dock apps to slide like you would going from page to page. Anyone know what it's called?
