Try clicking the sync button in iTunes.

Do they show up when you search for them through Spotlight on the iPhone?

No.they don't. When click the install, my free space is reduced and i apply. then after syncing it comes back to its first capacity

Are you logged into the same iTunes account on the computer and the phone? Have you ever switched iTunes accounts on this phone?

If the account itself is not the problem, use the Setttings app on the iPhone to reset your settings and then try syncing again.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

It is very likely that you did not log in to the App Store with your Apple ID. On your iPhone go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Log In

What happens when on your iPhone, you open the App Store app, search for the same app and try to install it this way?

Like Matthew said, why not download the app from the App Store on your phone? It's easier that way. Is there a reason why you would not do it that way?
