iTunes activation completion problem

Yes, I got an email from AT&T that i was activated but I have a few problems. First of all I get no service, my old sim card still works but when I load iTunes i get an error saying
Could not complete the iTunes Store request . The Store may be bust.

Wtf?

I'm having pretty much the same problem. Got the "activation complete" email and I was able to sync the phone yet I get no service on it and my previous phone still works.

I had the exact opposite problem LOL. iTunes threw an error and I thought it didn't work. Then all the sudden my phone was activated and I got the activation email. Pretty weird but I'm glad it worked.
