In Beta it worked like a charm but now it's this:
By the way "This Network" is AT&T

    Apple says this:
    Tunes in the Cloud.

When you buy music from iTunes, iCloud automatically downloads it to all your devices over Wi-Fi or 3G. So everything new appears everywhere — on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. You can also browse your purchase history and choose specific songs, albums, or TV shows to download again at no additional cost.

What were you trying to download, everything at once?

I went to Panera and used their Wifi what a drag
I happened this morning but later that day I had other issues I begin to think my Network (AT&T) is overloaded or something

I have seen that message when the file size or estimated download time was going to be too large or long.
