Download TinyUmbrella and use the exit recovery feature.

Moved to iPhone Jailbreak.

Is it unlocked with the iPad baseband? Which firmware did you restore to and do you still need it unlocked? Try Fix Recovery instead. It's a stand-alone program you can download on the TinyUmbrella website.

Try Fix Recovery. It's not TinyUmbrella; it's a separate program.
