I posted this yesterday and I still can't get iTunes to load. When I try to launch iTunes this box comes up.
"Do you want to allow the following program to make changes on this computer?" Them yes or no. Any ideas?

It could be that your antivirus is detecting iTunes as a threat. I would go into the preferences for the antivirus program and makes sure iTunes is allowed access. IE: Add it as an exception and label it trusted. The first thing I'd try is right clicking iTunes on your desktop and choose Run as Administrator. If that doesn't work, then do the antivirus thing. You may even want to disable the antivirus and re-install iTunes again.
