iTunes issue

I cannot get to iTunes using the iTunes app on my iPhone 5s. The app keeps crashing. I can get iTunes on my IPad mini. I am awaiting a message from Apple support. Any ideas?

Have you tried a hard reset where you hold both the lock button and home button until the iPhone turns off and back on?

Just did a reset. Everything is fine now. I should have known better. I must be getting old:)

I'm bad with forgetting things myself. Luckily I haven't forgotten for long and did a restore. If I did that, knowing me I would, during the restore process, freak out and be like, "OMG! My jailbreak!"
