So I get this text from att telling me that I need to watch my data usage. I am on the grandfathered unlimited data plan mind you. I go and check my usage:

And I'm only half way through with 5GB of data used. That's not that bad, right? It's mainly streaming netflix.

Oh well att, suck it!

I think it's BS that they can slow your speeds down just bc some use it more than others. If you pay for unlimited then it should be unlimited at the full speed. I mean they are the ones that gave us the option to be on that plan and we should get what we pay for.

AT&T is so stupid. They give you unlimited option and then threaten you when you use it. I am on another end of spectrum. I choose 200mb data plan because I only use wifi. And it doesn't matter if I have 200MB or 2GB. I would go through it like there is no tomorrow. I wish I could get unlimited but we got iPhones too late.

I used even less than that and I got the same text. Sprint is looking pretty good to me right about now since they are the only unlimited left. AT&T is starting to annoy me.
that's such bs. It shouldn't matter if your in the top 1 percent. Unlimited should be unlimited. I'd love to punch the person who is in charge of that crap.

I find it hard to believe that 4 meg is the top of all users.

And I still don't get why I haven't gotten the text. I am WAY over that each month.

I also note that you are on ATT m-cell. Doesn't that mean that even though it is cellular from your phone to the m-cell, the bandwidth actually used comes from your ISP for data and voice?
