For Mac OS: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=4303
For Windows OS: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=4301

If you've updated the iPhone software to 3.0.1, don't worry. Just follow the directions exactly as they are in there (including pointing to the 3.0 ipsw file).

Universal search (plugs into spotlight and expands it to searching outside the phone, on the internet, maps, dictionary, etc), quick access to settings, email/calendar/weather on your lockscreen, saving youtube videos to the phone, running background apps, ability to read and respond to text messages from within any app, read new email from within any app, video ringtones, spoof your phone number and disguise your voice, full brightness flashlight, tap to unlock, live weather on your home screen, real spell checker, keyboard modifications to add frequently used keys to main keyboard, use WiFi only apps like Skype and SlingBox while on 3G, and the list goes on...

You have to install and emulator. Then you can either SSH into the phone or download straight through Cydia. You can find hundreds of games on the web and SSH them straight to the phone- it's quick and easy.

You can email videos that are about a minute or less. The best way to get them onto your computer is to get into the phones file system and save them. You can do this wirelessly via SSH or wired (iPhone connected to the computer with the USB cable) with iPhoneBrowser for PC or Diskaid for Mac. iPhoneBrowser is free.

Once you have it installed, connect your phone to the computer and open iPhoneBrowser. Scroll to Private > Var > Mobile > Media > Videos > Right click on the .mov file, right click, and choose save as.
