I'm confused, does jailbreak work or not?

Your title leads me to believe NO, however you follow it up with:

Confirmed items that still work on Windows: Jailbreaking, SSH, SFTP, Installer.

wtfox?

care to explain?

Thanks

Jailbreak works. I just remodded my phone. No worries or problems here.

I could only edit the post but it doesn't allow me to edit the title so it's a wrong interpretation.
Ahh, ok, gotcha.

Let me follow this up with the obligatory, hope you don't mind.

1- Did you do a restore first, then update?

2- This basically starts you from scratch again, right? So once you're JB'd/SSH'd just install Install.app and we're back in action?

Thanks!

Also, use the new installer.app installation script, it was the easiest install I have ever done. Then once you have that you install bsd subsystem and openssh for ssh and all that!
