A lawsuit has been brought against for selling iPhone with faulty power buttons.
It is said that Apple knows this issue and failed to fix it. And the power buttons of iPhone 4 often broken shortly after 1 year warranty. And the iPhone users need pay $149.99 replacement fee.

"Apple knew when it manufactured, marketed, and sold the device that this defect existed..."

bit of a bold statement, and very difficult to prove. But chances are Apple will settle this suit, "affected" users will get about $2 in compensation, and all the lawyers will make out like bandits.

:( $2 can't afford to pay replacement fee.
