There are some sellers on eBay that sell them, but they are quite expensive at the moment.

I'm still holding off on a bunch of 5 accessories until more comes out and prices go down...

I would love to order this but is there a certain type of micro USB to use with this?

Like volts & amps? I don't wanna get my phone fried.

I remember hearing that you shouldn't use a blackberry charger for a droid just to give an example

So that's converts to about $24 US dollars. The price is twice that on eBay right now.I found out why it's only available in Europe:

"But why only in Europe?

In 2010, the European Commission picked Micro-USB as the official standard, requiring that all smartphones available in Europe be compatible with the interface. Apple was able to get the okay for its 30-pin dock connector by offering a Mircro-USB adapter"

So IPWarrior should buy a bunch of them and send them to all his friends here on the Forum so we have another option also! :ROFLMAO:

So they may not have the same issue attaching to the iPhone with a case as the 30 pin to Lightening adapter?
No, it looks like it's about the same size as the Lightning connector (it might be slightly larger just like the 0.2 m cable port is), so it should work with most, if not all, cases.

Okay then. Who in the UK can get us some of these? :)

So, for us perhaps less technically inclined, if Apple can achieve the same connectivity through a micro USB cable, why not just use the Europian and more generally utilized micro USB connector without having to use an adaptor?

Anyone knows of this will fit with a lifeproof fre on an iPhone 5?

The lightning to 30 pin 0.2mm adapter fits with enough room to spare. I'm assuming this is smaller but I can't get any size info on it
