I saw that Adobe CS4 has "issues". That's a big one for me. Then again, I've been running Lion and never noticed any issue with CS4. It's not my main rig, so it's entirely possible there were problems I didn't notice.

The only real problem i've come across so far is my eSATA card's drivers are not compatible... so I have to switch my external hard drives to USB until I can find compatible one.

I have seen no issues with CS4 on my Mac since I installed Lion

The only app that I have seen any issues with it was MagicPrefs. With MagicPrefs on there is some lag when swiping between desktops occasionally. Sometimes it freezes in between 2 desktops, and I have to swipe a couple times to make it move.

But problem resolved when I turn it off, really MagicPrefs is not necessary anymore with all the new gestures in Lion!
