Locked Screen Capture Tutorial Needed

I have searched here and on MMI and I have seen that you need SSH and Erica's Utilities to do a screen shot of your locked phone. Can someone please explain to me how to use the Erica Utility to do this? I am rather competent in most areas of moving around on the iPhone, but I have no idea how I run the utility. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter.

Erica's Utilities (at least the latest version) installs command line utilities in the following path: var/root/bin

All you have to do is SSH into your phone and run this command in Terminal:
var/root/bin/snap2album

This will take a current screenshot of your iPhone and place it into the Camera Roll.

Alternatively, if you have WinSCP, just do the following:

1. Within WinSCP, navigate to var/root/bin on your iPhone
2. Right click on snap2album. Choose Custom Commands -- >Execute
