Hi! I'm new here and I need some help. I'm running iOS 5 beta 5, and I was trying to use Typophone, but for it I need to hide the clock and the "slide to unlock" bar in the lockscreen. I know there's an app for that called Lockscreen clock hide, but it puts my iPod unto safe mode and I can't get it out.

Is there any other way of removing this two things?

That's the trouble with moving up to IOS5 beta firmware....most Cydia apps may not work or partially work, not good..... you can try Move2Unlock, this will give you the option to hide the clock/slider

I tried, but it doesn't appear in settings so I can't configure it. I think I'll just give up and uninstall Winterboard.

I didn't want to install iOS 5, but I updated to 4.3.5 without knowing anything about jailbreaking and later I found out there is no untethered jb for 4.3.5, so I decided to try iOS 5

They will update it when iOS 5 comes out fully. They are very many tweaks that have to be updated each time a new firmware comes out.
