I really need to cut back on monthly expenses. So, the data plan on the phone bill is a way to cut back. If I drop the iPhone 5, i'll likely sell it.

I drive quite a bit for work & listen to audio, as well as the audio from tv shows & movies, during the long drives. I don't take a lot of photos, but I like the convenience of being able to take pics of my family.

How do I replace the iPhone 5? I'm debating between a Touch 5g or Nano 7g, subsidized by the iPhone 5 sell.

I need help thinking this one through.

Looking online, the iPod Touch 5G is $229 for the 16GB. Larger, wider "Retina" screen and runs feature-packed iOS 6. Other better things as well such as faster Wi-Fi.

The iPod nano 7G is $149. Sleek, featherweight portable audio/video player. Includes Apple's nifty new EarPod headphones.

Here is a link that you can compare the both of these.

The next two links are direct links to review them on Apple's website.

I believe this situation is one where you need to decide what you want with your audio player. I can definitely understand why you would sell your iPhone 5, especially if you don't use some of the features.

If your on AT&T and you are no longer on contract--- u should switch to prepaid sim. It's only $60/month (max) includes 2 gigs data, unlimited text and talk. There are cheaper plans too if u use less data/minutes.

Going luck!
